Learned Silks, Reverred Leaders of our Bar and Distinguished Colleagues.
As we welcome the arrival of New Year 2024, let's be thankful to God for all the excellent memories we shared together in the previous year and the ones we will build together this year of our Lord.
Witnessing this new year with you is one of the best gifts of life. Thanks be to our God.
Our Executive Committee is very fortunate to have you around us throughout the preceeding year.
As you are aware, we navigated successfully through thick forest of preceeding year and none of us dropped in the forest but we multiplied. Glory to God!
It is therefore time to give gratitude to our Creator, the Omnipotent and the Omniscient God.
Hence, I enjoin us to continue to embrace Love, Unity of purpose among ourselves to achieve our desired goals.
It is therefore imperative that we must discharge our individual and collective obligations in moving our Bar and ourselves forward. We can't afford to drop the ball.
It is interesting to remind us that Year 2024 is a year of decision for us here and at the National level as batons we be exchanged.
We must therefore brace up to take the Utter Bar to a whole new height with our actions and support as a formidable Bar among the comity of Bars in the World.
I see ahead of us Greater Utter Bar with both individual and collective prosperity spearheading the enforcement of the Rule of Law as an engine of social engineering.
Wishing us a refreshing new and properous Year 2024.
I honour you always!
